This Privacy Policy describes how Robnur (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our websites (including robnur.com) and when you use our mobile apps and services, including Verbena AI Keyboard, Robnur AI (web tools), and our other apps and games published under our developer accounts on Google Play and the Apple App Store (collectively, the “Services”).

1) Who is the data controller?

2) What information we collect

A. Information you provide

  • Account or contact details (e.g., name, email) when you contact us or sign up for features.
  • Content you submit to our AI tools (prompts, text, images, feedback).
  • Support requests and communications.

B. Information collected automatically

  • Device data: device model, OS version, app version, language, time zone, IP address, general location (country/region).
  • Usage data: in-app events, screens viewed, session length, referral/UTM, installation source.
  • Diagnostics: crash reports, performance metrics, error logs.
  • Advertising identifiers (for ad-supported apps only): IDFA (iOS) / GAID (Android), where available and permitted.
  • Purchase data: subscription status, product IDs, transaction receipts (no full payment card data).

C. App/feature-specific data flows

  • Verbena AI Keyboard iOS & Android
    • We do not log or store your keystrokes. The keyboard does not capture passwords or sensitive fields.
    • When you explicitly use AI features (e.g., “Polish/Rewrite”), the text you select and submit is sent to our AI processing pipeline and trusted AI providers solely to generate the requested output. We do not add this text to training datasets unless we clearly ask for your consent.
    • On iOS, enabling “Full Access” allows the keyboard to access network features for AI requests, personalization, and updates. Full Access does not mean we can read everything you type; it only enables the features described here.
  • Robnur AI (web tools) Website
    • Prompts and content you submit to generate outputs are transmitted to our AI providers for processing.
    • We may store usage logs (prompt size, success/failure, timing) to prevent abuse and improve quality.
  • Other apps & games
    • Some titles may be ad-supported and collect advertising identifiers for frequency capping, fraud prevention, and performance measurement.

3) How we use information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Services and their AI features.
  • Process purchases and manage subscriptions (e.g., verifying entitlements).
  • Personalize features (e.g., preferences, language, UI state).
  • Analytics, debugging, and fraud prevention.
  • Customer support and important service communications.
  • Legal compliance and enforcement of Terms.

4) Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

  • Performance of a contract (providing the requested features you use).
  • Legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, analytics, product improvement).
  • Consent (personalized ads where applicable; certain analytics/marketing cookies; AI training if ever offered).
  • Legal obligation (tax, accounting, regulatory requests).

5) Sharing & processors

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Services, subject to appropriate safeguards:

  • App stores & payments: Apple App Store / StoreKit, Google Play / Play Billing (purchase validation, receipts).
  • Analytics & diagnostics: Google Analytics / Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Apple diagnostics.
  • AI providers: We may route AI requests through trusted partners to generate responses (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google/Azure AI, OpenRouter or similar gateways). Prompt data is used solely to provide the output unless we explicitly ask for your consent for additional use.
  • Advertising (ad-supported apps only): Google AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin (for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention). Personalized ads are shown only with appropriate platform permissions/consents.
  • Infrastructure: Hosting, CDNs, logging, and security vendors as needed.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, users, or the public, or in connection with a merger/acquisition.

6) Data retention

  • Account/support communications: retained as needed to resolve the request and for legal/audit needs.
  • Analytics & diagnostics: typically up to 24 months in aggregate form.
  • Purchase & subscription records: retained to meet tax/accounting obligations and verify entitlements.
  • AI prompts/outputs: for Verbena AI Keyboard and Robnur AI, we retain only what’s necessary to deliver the result, operate abuse prevention, and improve reliability. We do not use your content to train our own models unless you opt in.

7) Your rights & choices

  • Access, correction, deletion: You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or delete it.
  • Consent withdrawal: Where processing is based on consent (e.g., personalized ads), you may withdraw it in app/device settings.
  • Opt-out of personalized ads: Use platform settings (iOS “Allow Apps to Request to Track”, reset IDFA; Android Ads settings) and any in-app controls.
  • EEA/UK: Right to object/restrict processing, portability, and complaint to a supervisory authority.
  • California (CCPA/CPRA): Right to know, delete, correct, and opt-out of “sale”/“sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise rights, email info@robnur.com.

8) Children’s privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age of digital consent in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us at info@robnur.com and we will take appropriate action.

9) Security

We implement technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the risk (encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we work continuously to improve our protections.

11) iOS keyboard “Full Access” disclosure (Verbena AI Keyboard)

  • Full Access enables network connectivity for AI features, subscriptions, and updates.
  • The keyboard does not capture or store what you type in password fields or sensitive input areas.
  • Text is only sent to our servers/AI providers when you explicitly invoke AI features (e.g., tap “Polish/Rewrite”).

Our Services may link to third-party sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies; we encourage you to review them.

13) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the “Effective date” above. Material changes may also be communicated in-app or on our websites.
